Cassie is a Director and works full time for Ability West as our Independent NDIS Mentor.

She works directly with NDIS participants to change what is needed, build capacity, to grow new skills and to achieve meaningful goals.

She mentors with kindness, enabling people of all abilities to imagine and then work towards an inspired life for themselves.

Cassie has 26 years of career experience and is university qualified. She is patient, and skilled on most things NDIS related.

Through her leadership roles in the Central West community Cassie is well known and highly regarded for her empathy, passion and drive.

Cassie is married to Mark, Mum to Emily (an NDIS participant), Caitlin and Will.
